Dynamechs Technology was formed by Dr Paul Bradley in 2014 to provide specialist engineering services to the power transmission industry. Paul has over 25 years’ experience working within the power transmission and rotating equipment industry covering gearbox design, rotordynamic analysis, bearing design and gear manufacture.   Prior to setting  up  Dynamechs Technology he was Technical Director at GE Lufkin Allen Gears where he worked on the design, development and testing of applications covering power generation, marine and oil and gas industries. Additional to transmission technology his work has involved design, research and testing in the fields of high speed hydrodynamic bearing performance and super critical rotordynamic instability phenomenon. He is apprentice trained and is an active member of several ISO, API and British Gear Association committees of which he chairs the BGA Technical and Research Committee. He is also a visting acedemic at Cranfield University where he lecturres on Bearing Design, Rotordyanmics and Gear Design.
